Instead, people can take an existing model that has already been trained on perhaps 100,000 hours of human interaction and refine it for a different purpose, says Watson. “Using that base model, we’ll create a domain-specific model just for you, using the last 15 minutes of our conversation, and then train the model on top of that.”
